They act as Agent, Publicists, Contract Negotiator, Strategist, representing, developing and promoting the Mercurial Talents the company is responsible for both in Sports and Entertainment domains, while at the same time serving as a shoulder to cry on and be a fountain of advice. The Talent Manager is required to wear many hats as his or her responsibilities and duties can vary from day to day.  Account Manager is required to handle contract negotiations as well as handle other business matters such as promoting the athlete / artists.
