Asset Monetization involves creation of new sources of revenue by unlocking of value of unutilized or underutilized current company assets. In these difficult & testing times, the company is looking to monetize its assets  for effectively planning & managing its financial needs. The assets of the Group companies are diverse and spread out across domains and markets. These assets are categorized broadly into land & other infrastructure related assets, operational assets such as technology related & IP assets,  financial assets like equity shares, hybrid /structured financial assets and other miscellaneous assets.

This Role entails creating an entirely new capability. Are you a problem solver, who will go beyond what is written in the Job description and find new vistas to achieve the set revenue goals ?

Do you have a total experience of around 8 years with atleast 5 years in target oriented sales environment ?

Do you come from a Real Estate Leasing OR Store Expansion for Retail and F&B background ?
